Every new customer can request a free 2-day trial before paying anything. If you purchase any paid plan (1 Month, 6 Months, or 12 Months) and are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 calendar days of payment, you may request a full refund. We will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at 416-764-0202 or email support@streampulse.ca with your order details. We process refunds within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (repeated refund cycles using the same payment details).

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on our Canadian servers. In the rare event of an extended outage attributable to us, we will credit your account or extend your subscription accordingly.
